The shipping cost is calculated automatically by the site when you enter the delivery address. During certain promotional periods and on certain products, however, we also offer free shipping (excluding smaller islands and inconvenient locations).
Most of our products are available for immediate delivery. The availability and delivery time is indicated on the product page.
The shipping time is indicated on each product page. Times also vary depending on the type of payment. If payment is made by instant payment (e.g. credit card, PayPal, etc.), shipping will be faster. If the payment is made by bank transfer, the order will be processed when the crediting is effective on our account.
We recommend adding an extra 10% of tiles for possible waste during installation. In any case, we recommend that you discuss the quantities to be ordered with the installer.
We make the skirting board from the same tile you purchase. If not available off-the-shelf, the lead time is approximately 15 to 20 working days. The actual lead time is however indicated inside the product. The skirting board can be purchased when ordering tiles.
Yes, of course.
To take advantage of tax deductions, you can place your order normally and select bank transfer as payment. In the shopping cart, after selecting "Do you need an invoice?" and filling in all fields, you must also select "Request advance invoice". In this way you will receive the advance invoice and can make the bank transfer for deduction.(Only in Italy)

When unloading, always check the integrity of the packaging. We advise you in all cases to accept the delivery with 'subject to control'. This way, in the event of a damaged product, we can proceed with the replacement free of charge. The report must be made to our support within 3 days after receipt of the goods.
If you have accepted the goods with "control reserve" within 3 days from the delivery date, you can report the damage to us by sending an e-mail to info@universoceramiche.it. Please remember to include photos and specify the order number in the e-mail.
