Our shipping process

Maximum care from our warehouse to your door

Shipping is crucial for us. We use special packaging with shockproof materials to ensure that your order arrives at your home in perfect condition.

SHIPPING TIMES

In general, we undertake to have products 'available for immediate delivery' to the courier within one working day after receipt of the order and payment.

Shipping times may vary depending on several factors:

Day you place your order. For orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, the shipment is picked up on the following Monday.
Type of product. Less bulky products (such as taps and fittings and bathroom accessories) are shipped by express courier. Heavier and bulkier products (flooring, wall tiles, sanitary ware) are shipped on pallets via specialised couriers.
Payment method: if you pay by Credit Card or Paypal the shipment is immediate. If you pay by bank transfer or instalment, the shipment will start once we receive your credit.

PRIORITY SHIPPING

The free service that rewards your trust and enables you to receive your orders as soon as possible, guaranteeing you the highest priority. This option is only valid for orders over 2000€ in Italy and 5000€ in the rest of Europe. All islands and remote locations are excluded.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart after you have entered your delivery address (islands and inconvenient locations are excluded and are handled manually by our staff).

WHAT THE SHIPPING SERVICE INCLUDES

The shipping service includes unloading the material with a hydraulic tailgate from the vehicle to the road surface.

For special unloading requirements, such as delivery to the floor or other, please contact us by email at info@universoceramiche.it

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All our shipments are insured up to 10,000€.

Remember to accept the product subject to control!

Upon delivery, carefully check the integrity and condition of the products received. Should you notice any damages or defects, you can report them and proceed with a free replacement of the damaged or defective products.

Place your order on the site

Within 1/2 working days after payment we pack carefully and prepare the shipment

We then hand the parcel over to the courier and send you the tracking link.

Within 3 to 7 working days, depending on the delivery address, you will receive your order.
